Forgeline Motorsports Sweepstakes
WHEELS DESCRIPTION
One winner drawn at random will receive a gift certificate for one set of Forgeline wheels valued up to $7,000.00, redeemable through December 31, 2019. This can be applied toward the purchase of one full set (quantity 4 wheels) of Forgeline wheels. Any model, any size, any fitment from the AL Series, One Piece Monoblock Series, Concave Series, Competition Series, Performance Series, Heritage Series, Premier Series, or Truck Series is eligible. Carbon+Forged Series wheels are NOT eligible for this contest. Wheels will be custom made-to-order for the certificate holder, and the winner should expect a six-week production time, once the certificate is redeemed and the order is placed. This certificate is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for any other purpose or award. The certificate must be redeemed directly through Forgeline Motorsports and can NOT be honored by any authorized Forgeline dealer.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Sweepstakes is open to any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at time of entry. Proof of age and a valid government issued photo identification must be provided before a prize is awarded. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and any other U.S. territory and possession. No employees, owners, or affiliates of Forgeline Motorsports, including their immediate family members, are eligible to enter the sweepstakes. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to comply with these official rules, including notification via email. Any disputes as to the identity of the entrant will be resolved in favor of the holder of the email account from which the entry was sent. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes entry begins at midnight Eastern Standard Time on March 22, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 16, 2019 (“Entry Period”).
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals who make an online purchase at www.forgelineapparel.com will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each dollar ($1.00) spent, taxes and shipping excluded (example: eligible individual who purchases products totaling $150.99 will receive 150 entries). Eligible individuals also may enter without purchase by handwriting on the front of a 3x5 index card the following information: name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, telephone number and date of birth. Each handwritten entry shall be mailed to Forgeline Giveaway, PO Box 750993, Dayton, OH 45475. Only one entry per envelope. All required information must be on an entry card to be valid and eligible for winning. Use of computer programs or other automated devices to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited. Any entry that does not comply with the requirements will be destroyed. All mailed-in entries must be postmarked by April 16, 2019 and received by April 23, 2019.
Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or other reproductions will be accepted. Forgeline Motorsports is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Forgeline Motorsports.
Personal information collected from an entrant is used solely for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and shall not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner.
All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. One (1) prize winner will be randomly selected on May 8, 2019 from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period. The drawing of the winning entry for the gift certificate can be viewed live on the Forgeline Motorsports Facebook Live page.
The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the prize drawing. The winner must respond to the email to acknowledge receipt of the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. If no response is obtained from the winner within fourteen (14) calendar days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. The winning gift certificate must be redeemed in full by December 31, 2019, or be forfeited and become null and void. All decisions are final.
ALL SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Except where prohibited by law, winner, by accepting prize, grants Forgeline Motorsports a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion or other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Entries will not be acknowledged, nor will they be returned.
